Why This Work Matters to MeAs someone with ADHD, I understand these challenges personally. I know what it feels like to be wired differently, to have executive-function differences mistaken for character flaws, and to have strengths overlooked because of struggles with organization, prioritization, or follow-through. I also know how transformative the right systems, support, and workplace environment can be.
